Who is responsible
Sehat by Madhura is operated by MADHURA MAHENDRA KHADE, trading as MADHURAS KITCHEN CRAFTS, at AT
INDORE, POST KHADKED, TAL. IGATPURI, Indore, Nashik, Maharashtra - 422402, India. This policy describes
personal-information handling in connection with sehat.life, orders and customer communications. Contact us at

Information we collect and use
• Order and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, ordered
products and delivery instructions, used to process and fulfil orders and provide support.
• Transaction records: order/payment references, amounts, payment status and refund references, used for
reconciliation, accounting and resolving order or payment issues. Online payment processing and related payment
reconciliation are handled through Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
For COD refunds, we collect only the bank-account or UPI details needed to arrange an agreed refund securely.
• Support information: correspondence and relevant photographs or information you supply about a product, delivery or
refund issue.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser/device details, website interactions, security logs and cookie or
similar identifiers, used for site operation, security, analytics and, with appropriate consent, marketing and campaign
measurement.
• Marketing preferences: email address, subscription preferences and consent records where you request or agree to
updates. You may subscribe, change preferences or withdraw marketing consent by writing to contact@sehat.life. We
do not treat an order or browsing alone as blanket permission for optional marketing.
Please do not send payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. If you supply another person’s delivery
details, ensure that you are authorised to do so.
Purposes and communications
We use relevant information to receive and fulfil orders; arrange payments, invoices, deliveries and refunds; reconcile
transactions; answer questions and complaints; prevent fraud; improve the website; and meet legal record-keeping
obligations.
Optional marketing is subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices. You can unsubscribe using the option
in a promotional message, where provided, or email contact@sehat.life. Necessary order and service messages may
continue while needed to fulfil your request or meet legal obligations. Where required, we seek separate consent before a
materially different use.
Service providers and disclosures
We share information necessary for the relevant purpose with website hosting and commerce providers, Razorpay for
online payments and related issues, logistics partners for delivery, and communication, analytics or marketing providers
where those services are used lawfully. Professional advisers and authorities may receive relevant information where
required for legal obligations, fraud investigation or protection of lawful rights.
Providers receive only information relevant to their role and are expected to handle it under applicable obligations.
Razorpay’s own handling is described in its Privacy Policy. Sehat remains responsible for the information it handles and
for resolving merchant order issues.

Cookies and similar technologies
Essential technologies support website security, shopping and necessary preferences. Analytics technologies help us
understand site usage, and marketing technologies help measure or personalise campaigns where used with the required
consent. Optional tracking will be subject to appropriate consent choices where required by law.
You may manage cookies through browser settings and any available website preference controls. Blocking essential
technologies may affect site functions. You can contact contact@sehat.life for information or assistance with privacy
choices. Marketing permission can be withdrawn independently of placing or receiving an order.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose or applicable legal requirements.
Order, invoice, payment and tax records are retained for applicable statutory periods and longer where a lawful audit,
dispute or proceeding requires it. Support records are retained while resolving the issue and for a reasonable period
needed to deal with related claims.
Marketing information is retained while the relevant permission or relationship remains valid. After opt-out, we stop
optional marketing and may retain a limited suppression record to honour that choice. Technical logs are retained as
needed for security, troubleshooting and lawful operational purposes. Information is then deleted or anonymised as
appropriate. Backup copies are removed through the relevant retention cycle and protected against unrelated use.
Security and processing locations
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information, including restricted access,
secure transmission where appropriate and controls over service-provider handling. No internet transmission or storage
method is completely secure. If an incident requires notice or remedial action under applicable law, we will take the
required steps.
Service providers may process information in India or other locations where they operate. Where cross-border processing
occurs, it remains subject to applicable legal restrictions and appropriate contractual or other safeguards. We do not
represent that all information is stored exclusively in India.
Your choices and children’s information
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or assistance with a privacy concern. We handle
requests in accordance with applicable law and may verify identity using proportionate information. Withdrawing
information or consent needed to fulfil a request may prevent the relevant service; legally required records may still be
retained. Statutory rights apply as the relevant provisions come into force.
Orders are intended to be placed by adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information for accounts or
marketing. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so that we can review it and take appropriate
action, including deletion where required.
