Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased from Sehat by Madhura at sehat.life, operated by MADHURA
MAHENDRA KHADE, trading as MADHURAS KITCHEN CRAFTS, GSTIN 27CECPC7609K1ZF.
Serviceable locations
We deliver across India to PIN codes served by our logistics partners. Availability depends on the destination and will be
checked before an order is accepted. International shipping is not offered under this policy. If an accepted order cannot be
delivered, we will contact you and refund the undeliverable order unless you agree to another arrangement.
Processing and delivery estimates

The preparation period is included in the overall estimate, not added to it. Transit time varies by destination and dispatch
date; tracking will provide an updated estimate where available. Orders can be submitted online at any time. Confirmation
and preparation are handled through our normal operating schedule.
Estimates are not guaranteed appointment times. Weather, transport disruption or other exceptional circumstances may
cause delays. We will communicate material delays and revised estimates. If we cannot fulfil an order or a delay gives rise
to a cancellation/refund right, we will provide the appropriate remedy. Courier delays do not automatically remove our
responsibility to the customer.

Shipping charges and free delivery
Standard shipping is free for orders with a product subtotal above INR 1,200 after discounts, excluding delivery and
COD charges. The product subtotal includes applicable product taxes. An order of exactly INR 1,200 does not qualify for
this offer. The offer applies to standard delivery at serviceable Indian PIN codes.
For other orders, delivery charges are calculated for the destination and displayed before you confirm the order. Any COD
fee is shown separately before confirmation; free shipping does not waive a disclosed COD fee. Applicable GST is
reflected in the checkout total and invoice according to the lawful classification of the transaction. No undisclosed delivery
charge is added after order confirmation.
Dispatch and tracking
We send dispatch information using the contact details supplied with the order. Where the delivery partner provides
tracking, we share the tracking number or link. Contact contact@sehat.life or +91 9529981870 with your order number for
assistance.
Address changes and unsuccessful delivery
Check your address, PIN code and telephone number before ordering. Contact us promptly for corrections; changes after
dispatch may not be possible. If delivery fails because of an incomplete address, refusal or recipient unavailability, we will
contact you and coordinate any further attempt supported by the logistics partner and the product’s safe shelf life.
Re-attempts and holding periods depend on the courier and the food’s condition; we do not guarantee a fixed number of
attempts. We will not arrange re-delivery of food that is no longer safe. Any reasonable re-delivery charge caused by
incorrect customer information will be explained and agreed before re-dispatch. We will not charge you for a failure
caused by us or our delivery partner or automatically forfeit your payment.
Damaged, missing or unsafe deliveries
If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with, note the issue with the delivery partner where practicable and contact us
promptly. If safe, retain photographs of the parcel, labels and affected items. Do not consume suspect food. A missing
unboxing video does not by itself defeat a valid complaint. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the available
